The 117 no. dwelling units consist of 54 no. two bed apartments, 12 no. 1 bed apartments 8 no. 3 bed ground floor maisonettes, 2 no. 2 bed ground floor maisonettes, 5 no. 3 bed maisonettes, 14 no. 3 bed duplex houses, 13 no. 3 bed townhouses and 9 no. 4 bed townhouses. The proposed development also includes the provision of a new vehicular access to the Curraheen Road, 185 car parking spaces, the demolition of existing farm house and ancillary buildings and all site development works and services.
