a c 0.22 ha site encompassing a physical extension of c.538sqm to the existing electricity substation compound and will include a) site clearance works including removal of 1) 7 No. MV poles and associated overhead lines 2) Existing MV busbar and electrical equipment 3) existing interface transformer bund 4) existing chain-link fence and entrance gates (onto both the L8060 Road to the north and Tawnies Upper Laneway to the west 5) Existing concrete post and wire fence 6) existing concrete plinths and cables 7) Existing lighting and 8) demolition of existing single storey control building (c.14.2sqm; b) provision of new electrical plant and equipment and equipment including 1) 2 no new 38kv/MV transformers (c.4.5m high) in new bunds and associated electrical equipment 2) 1 No. new transformer bund for relocated interface transformer c) two new modular structures on raised platforms consisting of: MV module (c 30.9 sq.m 4.4 high) Control module (c30.9 sqm 4.3m high) d) site development works including alterations to site access with relocation of an existing gate and provision of new 5m wide gates onto the adjoining L8060 public road to the north and a new 1m wide gate onto Tawnies Upper Laneway to the west, the provision of bollards along the roadside edge; lighting, a new retaining wall with mounted fence along the rear boundary (overall height c.4.2 m above compound level); resurfacing and internal access roads new fencing and provision of site services including underground cabling drainage and all other ancillary works.
