Permission to construct a new single storey light industrial/warehouse distribution building with ancillary office space to serve existing supply chain business. As part of the development, the applicant is seeking permission for the demolition of (a) building containing 13 no. light industrial units and (b) the demolition of an unauthorised light industrial link/infill building. The development will include car parking, cycle parking and motorcycle parking, trailer set down area, yard area, dock levellers, access roads, retaining walls, overground water storage tank and all associated site development works including site lighting, site drainage systems, SUDS and landscaping works. In addition to these items, we are also seeking permission to install rooftop photovoltaic solar panel arrays consisting of approximately 912 m2 of solar panels to be fixed to the south western roof slopes of the proposed new single storey light industrial/warehouse distribution building.
