Permission for the construction of a residential development of 19 no. dwelling houses and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development comprises 4 no. 4 bedroom detached/semi-detached dwelling houses, 13 no. 3 bedroom detached/semi-detached/townhouse dwellings and2 no. bedroom semi-detached dwellings.
