Planning permission is sought for existing and proposed works at the existing seafood facility, as follows: Permission is sought for the retention and demolition of the existing: 1) Entrance Porch Extension, 2) Rear Lean-to extension, and 3) External Recreation Shelter. Permission is sought for the retention of the existing: 1) Dispatch extension, 2) Storage Shed, 3) Water Treatment House, 4) Fire Pump House, 5) ESB Sub-Station, 6) Bus Shelter, 7) 1st Floor Production Office, 8) 1st Floor Plant Rooms and associated external plant and platform. Permission is sought for the retention of the existing 2 no. Prefab Office Cabins with Temporary Permission sought for same for a period of 5 years pending construction of Amenity Extension.
