Permission for retention of modifications to the Clonakilty golf course and site layout permitted under Planning Ref: 97/4515 and all associated site development works comprising of (1) extension and reconfiguration of existing golf course and addition of golf holes which results in an increase from 9 golf holes to 15 golf holes (2) 39 no. car parking spaces (3) change of use from a former estate manager house to a golf clubhouse (4) addition of a pedestrian footbridge; and (5) completion of the site enabling works consisting of site excavation and removal of trees.
