Permission for alterations and revisions to the previously approved planning reference number 22/4839. The proposed changes include a reduction in the size of the T7 building and an expansion of the pump house footprint (total 5.6m2 increase in total floor area). Modifications to the permanent bridge are also proposed, involving adjustments to its external materials and dimensions. Site-wide landscaping updates are planned, along with the installation of high-level signage on the IC4 production building. Minor adjustments to the type, size and placement of doors and windows are proposed for the IC4 production building, central utility building, drum store and foam deluge building.
