Change of floor plans and elevations to a section of hotel development permitted under S/03/2623 and which directly abuts a protected structure. The proposed development includes the interchange of the as permitted conference room suites and a portion of the guest bedroom accommodation, changes to 1st.,2nd. and 3rd. floor bedroom layouts, the provision of an amended and reduced car parking layout and the use of the existing vehicular access to the public road to serve phase 1 of the development and ancillary landscaping, services and site development works.
