An 18 hole gole course and the erection of 42 no. golf lodges for short term letting within the existing walled garden of a larger site containing RPS 00534 (St. Theresa's Convent), RPS 00535 (Castlemartyr Castle) and RPS 00968 (Castlemartyr Tower House), Which are protected structures. The proposed development also includes:a) The provision of a single storey, 240m2 clubhouse; b) The construction of a golf course maintenance complex consisting of a single storey, 357m2 machine storage building, single storey, 117m2 staff facilities building and assoicated hard surfaced yard with provision for 3 no. fuel storage tanks, proposed developments a & b will be accessed via a new internal roadway, c) Provision of on course single storey rest rooms of 12m2
