Alterations and change of use of mill building from hardware retail store to mixed use retail and commercial development to include ground floor retail unit, construction of 3 storey stair/lift enclosure to east of mill building, demolition of 2 storey disused building, disused corn store and boundary wall and construction of a 3 storey building to the north consisting of a ground floor retail unit and storage and staff facilities on first and second floors, construction of 2 storey building to the west with ground floor retail unit and commercial/office use on first floor, open bin storage area, external signage and associated site works
