Mixed use employment/commerical development to consist of 8 no. single storey retail warehouse units,one with linked outside garden centre, 14 no. single storey warehouse units, two storey facility building consisting of ground floor cafe and creche and first floor managment office, ESB sub station, 802 on site car parking spaces. Access via two junctions off the former N25, all site development works including internal roads, drainage, water supply, utilities, full landscaping works, fencing, security hut, road lighting and signage. (Change of layout and reduction in floor areas to development granted under planning reg. no. 03/4281). Development will include the demolition of all the existing industrial buildings on site.
