Construction of two to three storey non-acute hospital/hospice facility comprising of 75 no. hospital beds, 44 no. hospice beds, rehabilitation and therapy services, community based services, pharmacy, education centre, family support, mortuary, general stores, laundry, waste management, chaplaincy, catering sercvices and restaurant and general administration and associated roof top playt, 2 no. separate single storey energy centre buildings, provision for 200 no. car parking spaces, vehicular access, landscaping and all associated site development works
Construction of healthcare building varying from one to four storeys and comprising of 75 no. bed dementia facility, 24 no. bed physical rehabilitation unit with outpatient facilities and a 44 no. bed hospital with a 25 no. bed day ward. Provision of 256 no. surface car parking spaces, internal access roads and paths, provision of a new direct vehicular access onto Curraheen Road and provision of indirect access to the Waterfall Road and the Curraheen Interchange via the permitted roadway (currently under construction) within the adjoining Curraheen Hospital site. Engineering works to include cut and fill, landscaping, services to include connection to public sewer via wayleaves, public water networks and storm water outfalls, boundary fencing and walls, lighting, ESB substation, an underground foul water pumping station with security fencing, bin storage and all other ancillary site development works
