Construction of a non acute 75 bed hospital and 44 bed hospice and ancillary facilities accommodated in a 2 to 3 storey structure totalling 10,000 sq.m. and a separate 2 storey convent of 1000 sq.m. The development will be served by roads, carpark areas, landscaped amenity areas and ancillary services, access will be provided from the Curraheen Road interchange with a secondary access road from the Waterfall Road
