A combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant, with an output of 380 - 450MW, The development will consist of a gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator; one exhaust stack of up to 70m in height, one by-pass stack of up to 50m high, steam turbine, workshops and stores, control and administration building, water treatment plant, cooling water pumphouse, 440m long submerged sea cooling water outfall pipe with elevated platform at the discharge point, electrochlorination plant, auxiliary boiler with 48m high stack, gas compressor, minor ancillary buildings, two oil tanks of up to 20m in height, three water tanks of up to 15m in height, electrical equipment, transformers, gas compound, sewage treatment plant, miscellaneous plant and equipment, site development, landscaping and fencing. Two storey extension to relay room to consist of a two storey extension above the existing workshop with a glazed lobby entrance connecting the upper floor to existing control room
Two storey extension above the existing workshop to be clad as per the existing buildings plus a glazed lobby entrance, connecting the upper floor to the existing control room
