Minor amendments and extensions to the stand alone nursing home building permitted under Pl. Reg. No. 06/12513 consisting of reducing the no. of beds from 75 no. to 63 no. beds by omitting a bedroom block at the south of the building, to extend and modify some of the communal spaces, bedroom, en-suites and other service areas, to construct a by-pass corridor connecting the standard bedroom blocks, to raise the general finished floor level, to raise the ridge height of the two storey admin/office area at the east of the site, to add a canopy structure to the main entrance at the east of the building and a dry-store at the south of the building, to construct a service yard, stand alone ESB sub-station, to extend a stand alone plant store building at the north of the site, to re-align the emergency access road and all associated site works.
Retention and completion of alterations to approved nursing home facility permitted under 06/12513 and amended under 08/6419, to include omission of wing on South West elevation construction of a wing in it's replacement consisting of 10 no. single and 2 no. double en-suite bedrooms and ancillary rooms, minor amendments in the vicinity of the main entrance door including increase in lobby and reception area and relocation of treatment room, construction of new boiler house and separate store to the rear of the site, relocation of oil storage tanks and over ground bulk water storage tank at rear of site with provision of new on-site bored well to supply building with potable water instead of connection to public water main
