The View Commencement button is available from the View Application screen View Application
The Associated Application Details section on the View Application screen displays a list of buttons.

Click the 
button on Commencements Notices to open the View Commencement screen.
The Commencement screen displays details of the Application Commencement Summary and Commencement Contacts.
Click the Back to Planning Application button to return to the View Application screen
